Garnier Hair Food Papaya Shampoo and Conditioner Review

It's Sunday and that means only one thing; a blog post!!

This week I decided to review the Garnier Hair food shampoo and conditioner. This is a fairly new range released and Garner have also created hair masks of each food too. I chose the Papaya duo as I have bleached hair and this can make my hair quite dry and is a little damaged.

The packaging for this set is very nice and is also recyclable which I am definitely a fan of! This duo is also silicon free so your hair will not have a nasty coat on it to fake that soft feeling. It is also 98% natural ingredients!! Thats a massive thumbs up for me if Im honest as I like to know Im not damaging my hair more with chemicals in products. Its also a Vegan formula which is also great to see.

The shampoo bubbled up nicely and smelt amazing; so fruity and fresh. It also left my hair squeaky clean which was such a nice feeling. The conditioner was a little bit thinner than I was expecting but still made my hair feel soft and again had that lovely fruity scent.

For best results I towel dried my hair and left to dry naturally. (Im trying not to keep using heat on my hair) My hair did feel very soft once dry however it was a nice natural soft feeling due to the no silicon. My hair didn't knot as bad as it usually would and felt light and healthy.

Overall rating 8/10. I am definitely a fan of this duo and will most likely keep using this set to help my hair feel healthier and stronger. These were £3 each so for the set it was £6 which I think is very reasonable for a product that works. If you have dry or damaged hair I will 100% recommend you try this and throw in the Papaya hair mask too once a week.
